Our collection includes tallow whips, exfoliating Bare Buff Pads, and herbal face masks, all made without fillers, stabilizers, or synthetic additives. Orders are shipped through USPS for reliable, trackable delivery. Processing takes 2–3 business days, and standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days. A USPS tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Because our skincare products are made with clean, nutrient‑dense ingredients, we cannot accept returns once a product has been opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bare-intent.com. We’ll gladly replace or refund your order when eligible.

What is your return policy?

Because our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches, we cannot accept returns once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bare-intent.com with photos and your order number. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or shipping.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please reach out to us. We’ll help you file a claim or send a replacement if eligible.

Will my tallow skincare products melt during shipping?

Our tallow‑based products are made with natural, whole ingredients and contain no synthetic waxes or stabilizers. During summer months or extreme heat, your tallow whip may soften or partially liquefy while in transit. This is normal for clean, small‑batch skincare and does not affect product quality. If your product arrives softened, place it in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes to restore its whipped texture.

How are Bare Buff Pads shipped?

Bare Buff Pads are shipped through USPS in protective packaging to keep the exfoliating loofah pads and infused soap intact. Because they are made with natural oils, turmeric, charcoal, and essential oils, they may feel slightly softer in high heat but will firm back up at room temperature.
